Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Bharatees Apparels, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a straightforward refund and cancellation policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@bharatees.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for your records.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return following the instructions outlined above.
